How to register
To register for the Conference, please fill in this on-line Registration Form.

The registration fee includes:
- ● Access to all technical sessions and invited talks
- ● All coffee breaks
- ● All lunches (with mineral water. Other beverages not included)
- ● Conference dinner
- ● Excursion
- ● LNCS conference proceedings
- ● Conference accessories (bag, programme, info, ...)
Payment
Payment is made by Bank Transfer. After you fill in the registration form you will receive an email with the transfer details. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.
Confirmation
Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the payment is received by the Conference Organization no later than July 22nd, 2014. Late registration fees will only be confirmed if the payment is received by the Conference Organization no later than September 12th, 2014.
Cancellations and refunds
The Conference Organization must be notified in writing by e-mail (jelia2014@easychair.org) about the cancellation of the registration. Appropriate refunds will be made after the congress, according to the following conditions:
- ● Before July 18, 2014: full refund minus a 30€ handling fee.
- ● Between July 19, 2014 and September 10, 2014: 50% refund.
- ● From September 11, 2014: no refund.
- ● In any case, cancellation of the only registered author of a paper: no refund.
